Croxton Manor Cheese
Croxton Manor is available exclusively through H&B Foods. It is made from pasteurised cows' milk in the lush green pastures of Ireland. To ensure consistent great quality the cheddars are double graded by our experts. The first grading takes place in the early stages of production. From approximately 50 different sample blocks, only the most promising young cheeses which we can be sure will develop the exact flavour profile are selected. A second grading then takes place once the fully matured cheese is delivered to our premises, where batches that do not meet the required standard are rejected.
For our customers this means that you can always expect great tasting, quality cheese.
We can provide Croxton Manor sliced and grated as well as in 20g individually wrapped portions.
Croxton Manor Mild Cheddar
Unlike mild cheddar that is only matured for a couple of months, Croxton Manor Mild is a mellow cheddar, matured for a minimum of 3 months to give the cheese a beautifully smooth flavour with bundles of character.
Croxton Manor Mature Cheddar
Matured for a minimum of 6 months, Croxton Manor Mature is a firm cheese with a rich, creamy texture which leaves a full flavour on the palate.
Croxton Manor Butter
Deliciously smooth and creamy, Croxton Manor is a natural English butter.
So delicious is it in fact, that our Croxton Manor Salted Butter won a Gold Award at this year's Nantwich International Cheese Show. In the same class our Croxton Manor Unsalted Butter also received a Very Highly Commended.
